Aspect Patterns for Warren Buffett

Billionaire investor Warren Buffett has been in the news a lot lately - on the PBS Charlie Rose interview show Mr. Buffett said that Congress needed to approve the $700 billion bailout plan - two days later the House of Representatives reversed itself and approved it. Buffett was widely quoted as having presciently called the investment derivatives that brought down the huge AIG insurance group "financial weapons of mass destruction." The new Snowball biography of his life tops the bestseller lists. And in 2008, Forbes magazine reported that with his $63 billion fortune, Warren Buffett passed Bill Gates as the world's richest man.

When you put Warren Buffett's birth data into AstrolDeluxe ReportWriter, the program finds that he has two aspect patterns - both Cardinal T-Squares. The first T-Square involves Uranus in Aries opposition Venus in Libra square to both Jupiter and Pluto in Cancer. The second T-Square involves Saturn in Capricorn opposition Mars in Cancer square to Mercury in Libra. Usually, if there are only two or three patterns, the patterns describe the person well. That is definitely the case here.

"When asked how he became so successful in investing, Buffett answered: we read hundreds and hundreds of annual reports every year." *

This is typical of people with Jupiter as a T-Square focus planet. Astrologers think of Jupiter as a planet of luck and success, but what I found in looking at dozens of biographies is that Jupiter people become successful after putting in long hours of study. They pay their dues.

I put in long hours first in creating the aspect patterns detection module and then in researching and writing the 392 interpretations of the 35 aspect patterns with their different focus, reaction, and pattern planets. I was not content to theorize or settle for astrological platitudes. The result of my nine months of intense study of charts and biographies is a unique set of interpretations, which my customers love.

The lesson for you, my customer, in making your own business a success is not to settle for easy answers, but to extend yourself and do the hard work needed in order to know exactly what you are doing. "Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing." * Study your own market and discover how you can best invest your time and resources.
